Current Positions:

Marketing Coordinator

Christenson Electric is looking for a strong motivated Marketing Coordinator with a desire to assist in the success of our company. The role is responsible for coordinating and developing impactful promotional plans and sales support material for the target services Christenson provides. Our Marketing Coordinator will work in close collaboration with our Business Development Manager to ensure the correct branding and messaging is delivered to our customers.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Assist in coordinating, writing, editing, and producing response to RFPs and RFQs, preparation of interview/presentation materials

  • Ensure RFPs and RFQs are of top quality and integrated with graphic support

  • Provide support to department teams leaders to ensure internal and external material are of quality, consistency and adhere to company brand, mission and values

  • Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including but not limited to; staff resumes, project sheets, signage, certifications and licenses, graphic identity, and asset library.

  • Provide expertise in marketing tools and graphic design

  • Maintain marketing content for accuracy and adherence to company graphic standards.

  • Assist with company events, including career fairs and trade shows

  • Research, write content and publish monthly internal company newsletter - The Connect

  • Provide administrative support for our Customer Care Program. Coordinate customer interviews, calendar management, prepare reports and maintain database

  • Monitor and manage social media platforms and e-marketing campaigns

  • Administrative lead for 3rd party compliance and Statement-of-Qualification (SOQ) requests

  • Maintain and keep current company profile accounts and compliance database

  • Monitor compliance audits for continued accuracy and identify areas for improvement

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for compliance-related inquiries from both internal teams and external agencies.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Must be proficient and possess a working knowledge of Google Workplace, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent oral/written communication, customer relation, and communication skills with extensive proposal preparation experience and strong writing and proofreading skills

  • 2 years proposal writing and graphic design a must

  • Knowledge of the Electrical Construction industry desired, but not required

Project/Billing Coordinator

Administrative support for several Project Managers. Coordinate and create accurate invoices to our customers for Time and Material jobs and/or Fixed Price. Data entry of job accounting information. Job set up and tracking. Some account receivable processes including collections and managing aging on accounts. Knowledge of the Construction industry a huge plus.

 Estimator

Christenson Electric is looking for an Estimator to support multiple divisions within the company. This position requires an individual who can carry out multiple tasks, maintaining a level of motivation, flexibility, and consistency. This candidate should be a self starter and can handle themselves in a professional manner in all situations. While maintaining a great deal of detail and accuracy, our Estimators support the final outcome of approved bid or RFP.

High Voltage

Because of our impact and continued growth in the High Voltage Industry, we are currently recruiting for a High Voltage Estimator/Project Manager. This position would specialize in distribution Substation work. Our Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable and timely manner, while being consistent with our committed values and standards.
